What do I do if the link to a library resource doesn’t work?

First, confirm you are logging in correctly. Please visit the library Off-Campus Access page.
If you are still experiencing issues with a link to a library resource, please submit a form. Please include screenshots of the issue or any other helpful information and a librarian will contact you during regular operating hours.
When do I contact the IT Help Desk?
Get help with Whitecaps Portal, Printing/PaperCut, email access, or your GC ID account (change or reset your password).
If you are experiencing issues logging into the Whitecaps Portal or having other technical difficulties please contact the IT helpdesk at helpdesk@gc.edu or call 409-944-1352.
